Employed Protherm (Oz) to carry out a power flush to my central heating system and additionally to fit new thermostatic rad valves, after receiving a very quick and competitive price. This was after Callum had initially visited to look at a problem I had with a previously badly fitted MagnaClean Filter, which he was very honest in advising could actually be easily removed, cleaned and refitted without the need to relocate. I can’t praise Oz at Protherm enough. He is really thorough and knowledgeable, genuinely cares and has always gone the extra mile. Have used him several times at a couple of different properties ( most recently in Petts Wood) and he has always resolved the issue efficiently, professionally and promptly.
